You may return unopened or products within 1 month of purchase date for a full refund or replacement, no restocking fees apply.  In most cases we will just ship you what you want and let you donate our mistake to a local veteran organization.

All returns to  Coffee USA require approval along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. An RMA can be obtained by contacting us by phone or email.

Any damaged, defective or unopened products may be returned for a full refund or store credit. Coffee USA within 30 days of the original purchase date. A

Any lost packages, shortages or damages need to be claimed within 30 days of order delivery for credit or replacement.
